The Croatian State Archives is located in Zagreb, Marulićev Trg 21, in a distinguished art nouveau building which is recognized by most people as the old building of the National and University Library.
Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 16:00
Management, the Reading Room, the Department for Preservation and Arrangement of Archival Records, the Department for Information and Communication, the IT Department, the Central Laboratory for Conservation and Restoration, the Central Laboratory for Photography, the Department of Comprehensive and Financial Service and Zagreb Archdiocese’s Department of Metropolitana Library are located on Marulićev trg 21. |
The Croatian Film Archives (Cinematheque) is located on Savska 131. |
The Zagreb Archdiocese Archives Department is located on Kaptol 25. |

WHERE TO FIND US
The CSA building at Marulićev trg 21 is located five minutes from the central railway station in Zagreb (Main Station). From that location, you can take tram 2, 4 or 9 heading west for two tram stations; you can also get to the Archives on foot or by car.
